Dapper Day at the NHM
Sadly we missed the Dapper Day event at LACMA last Fall. But were were excited when we found out that they would be doing a Natural History Museum outing. As longtime members of the NHMLA, we were fully on board. It was a hectic weekend... play performances, a Bat Mitzvah, and a whole lot more. We did our best to rally and put on our Sunday's finest.

Here's the deal... we love black. Please don't judge us because this is just who we are. Ella got a spring in her step when she tried on this fabulous dress at Unique Vintage. And I never knew how much I liked petticoats and vintage-inspired attire until I slipped into this magical dress. The plaid purse, well, it was a revelation. And it cemented my dedication to Magnolia Park shopping sprees.

We also utilized our noir filter, more than we ever have before.
They are selling this tattoo-inspired parasol in the gift shop at the Tattoo exhibit gift shop. Naturally, we had to get one!
The day was splendid and we were happy to see so many fellow Angelinos, dressed up at this outing. It all felt so sophisticated and cultural. We are hoping that the Dapper Day crew continues to organize these types of events. Thank you for giving us a wonderful reason to dress up and visit the museum.
